Flodesk Pricing vs MailChimp Mailchimp's Standard plan starts at $14.99 per month for up to 500 contacts, but leaps to a starting price of $51.99 when you reach 2,500 contacts. 2,500 people is not a huge number of subscribers by any means, but a list that size on Mailchimp means it's already more expensive than Flodesk's fixed, forever monthly cost. Whilst both email providers have templates to select from, Mailchimp limits how many you can access, you have to upgrade to a paid plan to use most templates. Within Flodesk, you can access all templates as part of your access. Each template is on-trend and can be tailored to suit your brand.

I used Mailchimp for roughly 3-4 years and know quite a bit about it. Flodesk is a new platform but I’ve been considering switching ever since I heard about it. I often share the story about why I moved across to the flodesk email marketing system and left mailchimp behind.Besides a few obvious reasons like functiona It’s much easier to use than MailChimp and I feel is a much more pleasant experience to design email in with the drag and drop features. You will have to pay for the $14/m plan in order to get automations however which is unfortunate.
